What You Will Do
Flex Financial is Stryker’s financial services business, providing customers with creative ways to acquire Stryker equipment. This role will be responsible for partnering with the Flex Financial business at all levels to define, document and implement solutions to address business needs as it relates to Salesforce.com. Will also be responsible for the ongoing administration, support and training for Salesforce.com, Oracle CPQ and all integrated applications.
Responsibilities
Conducts root cause analysis of technical issues reported by users
Conducts technical analysis of requirements for new feature development
Generates technical documentation of new and existing software functionality
Tracks progress and reports status and issues to project managers and user groups
Provides development estimates to aid in work prioritization and production release scheduling
Works with Technical Governance Team and Change Advisory Board to ensure software solutions meet organizational requirements
Designs and implements custom coded software and database solutions
Creates automated testing code to support platform stability and meet overall organizational code coverage requirements
Works with IT managed source code repositories to track all changes to custom code in enterprise systems
Implements customer documents and invoices through custom reporting solutions
Coordinates the verification and validation of software features through QA and UAT testing
Works with Release Management Team to coordinate the migration and deployment of software features
Develops relationships with other technical staff to share knowledge and support on enterprise systems development
Remains up-to-date on latest software development technologies and methodologies
Builds and fosters relationships with Flex Financial business users, stakeholders and partners; understands their roles, key drivers for success
Builds expertise in the business area related to the requirements and solution definition; understands the business processes involved and key drivers for success.
What You Will Need
Proficient in complex IT systems, 4 years of Salesforce.com required
Proficient in an Object-oriented programming language, preferably C#, Java, or similar required
Experience with Cloud-based, Enterprise SaaS based custom software development preferred
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor’s degree in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent field of study preferred.
ITIL Foundations v3 certification preferred
CRM / Salesforce.com Admin Certification preferred
CRM / Salesforce.com Developer Certification preferred
Must be able to work on W2
$ 105,900 - $ 232,900 salary plus bonus eligible Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program).This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data.
