As the Implementation Services Manager, you will build and lead a team of specialists responsible for helping our clients and their stakeholders navigate the plan transition process from sales to service. Your team will work with internal partners across functions of the organization to meet expected service deliverables, resolve any issues that arise during the transition, and provide an exceptional onboarding experience. Essential FunctionsOwn the entire client onboarding process post-sale through transition to service. Leverage strong project management skills to execute on new client onboardings.Hire, lead, coach, and mentor a team of Implementation Specialists. Provide measurements of success and feedback for the team.Structure your team for scale in a fast-paced and fluid environment.Establish policies and procedures to guide the Implementation team in creating and delivering a high-quality transition experience for clients.Manage a pipeline of plans and daily team activities.
