Job Summary
- Deliver high quality and high performing systems to meet the customer business needs for our Altera Sunrise solution set.
- Collaboration with Professional Services Project Manager to provide accurate and timely communication on activities impacting services revenue.
- Personal expense management as applicable
Essential Functions
- Performs initial setup and/or upgrades, configuration and installation of hardware or software
- Handles data migration and validation of software or server configuration
- Serves as consultant to client
- Consults on the Technical training and documentation for customer resources on systems setup and ongoing administration
- Provides Tier 2 implementation support
- Leads multiple complex implementations at a time
- Creates training materials for peers
- Starts to mentor peers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Mathematics or equivalent experience; Information Services Management degree (Preferred)
- 7 years relevant work experience; 2-3 years at the Senior level or equivalent experience (Preferred)
- HL7 experience (Required)
- Allscripts Sunrise Clinical Manager experience (Required)
- Allscripts E-Link experience (Required)
- 5 years healthcare industry related (Required)
- Experience with multiple programming languages, hardware installation, network installation, operating systems knowledge, client/server environment, object-oriented concepts and database management knowledge (Required)
- May include HL7 certification or other technical certifications or knowledge (e.g. interface engines, relational databases, Java, 3-tier architecture, Microsoft, UNIX/LINUX, TCPIP, Oracle and/or SQL) (Required)
- Up to 10% travel may be required
