About the team:
The HubSpot Infrastructure Security team is responsible for security, privacy, and compliance for HubSpot’s Cloud-based Infrastructure. Within the Compliance team, engineers build systems that integrate with HubSpot’s internal and external services to collect, review, and report on evidence that demonstrates the effectiveness of our security program. More broadly, our mission is to provide world-class infrastructure as a service that empowers the product team to build, operate, and scale HubSpot’s products in a secure way. We solve technical and security challenges in a way that keeps HubSpot fast and lean, making the best and easiest solution also the most secure one.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for software engineers who are excited by the challenges that come from working at scale and are passionate about improving the reliability and uptime of the product they own. We favor forward-thinking engineers who can identify and remediate problems before they happen, focus on the long term and understand how to build platforms that support security and privacy for our customers that are intuitive to use, highly performant, and extremely reliable.
The salary range is equivalent to a Senior Software Engineer 1 role at HubSpot. However, we will determine final leveling at the end of the interview process. We are hiring both Senior Software Engineer 1 roles and Senior Software Engineer 2 roles, which are compensated at a higher range due to additional responsibilities. Please apply to this position if you are interested in either role.
Cash compensation range: 125000-155000 USD Annually
