This position is responsible for the knowledge transfer for topics in Machine Vision and Fixed Industrial Scanning, including both software and hardware product portfolios to support new offerings and certification programs, requiring a balance of creativity, sales enablement, and technical skills. The incumbent will undertake the entire training cycle, including all planning activities, establishing course objectives, identification of audience, determining delivery methods, working with Subject Matter Experts throughout process, development of course content and course evaluation. This role will require professional instructional design (ID), development & instructor led competency for global delivery.
Qualified applicants must reside in North America (ideally within the eastern states, midwest states or near/around Montreal Canada) with the ability to travel as business dictates both domestically and internationally. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for end-to-end solution sales enablement and technical program facilitation to target audience groups.
Responsible to design, develop and maintain course curriculum for solution selling and technical certifications across machine vision, fixed industrial scanning & software solution disciplines.
Develop working relationships and engagement with Program Managers, Marketing Leads, Subject Matter Experts and other knowledge center teaching team members to design and maintain top quality courses.
Work with internal templates and have strong knowledge of industry standards and innovation of various methods for quality learning.
Adapt, design, and develop all instructional materials including user guides, tutorials, storyboards, scripts, course content (including simulations, role play activities, gamification, etc.) pre and post-tests, and student and facilitator directions for blended learning solutions to be offered in the Learning Management System (LMS).
Work with various modalities such as instructor led (ILT,) on-line (OLT,) and blended learning.
This role will take the lead from the Zebra Enablement Center's stakeholders to prioritize and process all activity to develop and delivery training for Machine Vision & Fixed industrial Scanning.
Must follow existing defined processes and procedures that are present within the internal
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
12 years of professional experience, ideally several years in an applicable Learning function (facilitating trainings and building curriculums and collaborating with instructional designers to develop eLearning)
7 years in Machine Vision or Computer Vision and/or Fixed Industrial Scanning and possesses deep domain knowledge of those product categories
Must reside in North America with the ability to travel as business dictates both domestically and internationally
Preferred qualifications:
Master's Degree
Located within the eastern states, midwest states or near/around Montreal Canada
Familiarity with programming languages (C, C , Python)
The ability to conduct complex data analysis
Advanced knowledge of learning systems and platforms
Advanced knowledge of learning processes and impact using industry best practices
Advanced knowledge of learning modalities
Advanced presentation and communication skills

Salary: USD 111200.00 - USD 166800.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
