Your Responsibilities

As a Digital Product Owner, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) for John Deere in Moline, IL, you will be responsible for:

* Defining the digital roadmap for EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) related tools and systems
* Driving business value and efficiencies within the organization through the deployment of EDI tools and systems
* Making final decisions on product functionality and ensuring that functionality is aligned with Digital Product Manager's strategic vision for the products
* Maintaining and refining the EDI backlogs
* Ensuring feature definition, acceptance criteria, and stories clearly communicate customer/stakeholder needs to the team; works with the team to clarify as necessary
* Understand and support inter-team dependencies and impediments and escalate issues when necessary
* Partnering with and driving the priorities of the delivery teams, when it is delivered and whether it meets expectations
* Represent the Customer and Stakeholder interests
* Establish, nurture, and communicate the Product Vision to the Team and Stakeholders

What Skills You Need

* Experience leading change management efforts within a dispersed business organization
* Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) tools and processes required
* Ability to understand how technology can be applied to streamline business processes, drive value and create efficiencies
* Ability to clearly articulate the tangible and intangible value of what is being delivered
* Experience influencing without authority
* Ability to speak with impact at all levels of the organization
* Experience leading large programs including prioritization of work
* Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 25%

What Makes You Stand Out

* 3 or more years of experience in the Supply Management, Worldwide Logistics or related functions
* Experience in and willingness to operate in Agile delivery frameworks
* Experience in Information Technology and software delivery practices

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Management, Business, IT or related function
